Lunch today is homemade Chinese prawn cup noodle. I love these things, so delicious and healthy because you know what goes in it!
Mine has light soy sauce, 1/4 low sodium chicken stock cube, carrots, green beans, onion, mushroom, garlic prawns with Chinese 5 spice and rice noodles. I’m still learning how to perfect these. My first one was too full and this one was too dense so it didn’t fully warm the contents. It ended up in a bowl being microwaved a bit.
