Lunch is mango chunks and a few strawberries. Legit not hungry at all today! Thankfully food still tastes good, I was worried I was going to have an ad version for a while because of binging.
I don’t binge often, but when I do I go all out. Pringles, biscuits, ice cream, crisps, chocolates.. the lot. Not just a few of each but copious amounts from 8pm til 4am. I hate to think of my calorie intake! Almost grateful for it though because it reminded me how bad I feel after a binge and why I flex my willpower so much.
