I binged mini binge but still a binge. Triggered by my headache, shark week coming and eating greasy frozen oven food. 3 mini samosas, spicy wedges, 3 spring rolls, fish finger, chicken nugget, 2 Chinese parcels, package of mini Jaffa cakes, rich tea biscuit and a frozen yogurt pop. That’s on top of my frappe earlier.
Not the worst thing in the world but still made me feel shit. I’m out for a meal for lunch tomorrow and out again on Friday for a work colleagues leaving drinks and meal. No doubt a gain will happen, but nothing that won’t come right back off again. Onwards and upwards right? Consoling myself with Zelda cuddles whether she likes it or not.
