Morning! Breakfast is a ham, tomato and onion omelet, wholemeal toast and a cappuccino. I weighed myself out of paranoia from all the bad things I’ve had this past week – I actually lost weight and dipped to 8st 11lbs!
It’s definitely down to stress, but I’m hoping the stress factor will end today.. or Monday at the latest. It’s life changing so please keep everything crossed please!
