Liquid breakfast is on the menu today which is a homemade smoothie! Skimmed milk, Greek yogurt, raspberries, banana and dates. This was so filling and delicious. I tend to shrug off smoothies because I spent so much time on a liquid diet with CWP.
I’m glad I decided to have this. Seeing as I don’t feel well at all today, it was ideal to just pour into my jar and drink without having to faff about. Definitely will be experimenting with more smoothies in the future! Thinking of a lean mean green smoothie for next week.
